"If it were possible for me to post a minus star I would have done it. The service is so pathetic. I have been facing individual power supply outage for 3-4 days now. Logged a service request (after I kept on calling 1912 for 2 hours straight). Received my complaint number and a JE's phone number which was totally wrong by the way. I requested for service in Sector 48, Noida however the JE who was assigned looks over sector8 and sector 25. The guy was nice though he gave the phone number of the right person to call. But guess what he never recieved or reaponds. There are times when my calls were waiting but never received. Finally received a call from uppcl asking if my issue was resolved. Answer below. The employee assigned for my service request is wrong. The person who should be taking care of these things doesn't care. He is probably sitting in his home in front of an AC without any care. No-one in UPPCL understands that for people like us students or people who just graduated and are living by themselves searching for job or just started working, we can't afford an inverter."

"My connection cut by Line man without inform me ,First I approach JE ,he inform line man to connect connection .Line man inform next day meter plat burn. My Application Refer from sector 72 to Sector 52, Sector 52 refer application to Sector 25, Sector 25 reffered applicationt to Sector 63 .After order of JE 63 Meter changed . Meter replacement charged to be added in electricity bill . Suggestion Can UPPCL cut so much lengthy process at a single window."
